Work parties:

Work parties provide an opportunity for members to get together, work on common projects, learn from each other, and keep the garden looking good and growing well. 

Calendar (2024):

• March 23rd (Saturday), 10am - 1pm

• April 14 (Sunday), 10am - 1pm

• May 11 (Saturday), 10am - 1pm

• June 5 (Wednesday), 6 - 9pm

• June 27 (Thursday), 6 - 9pm

• July 22 (Monday), 6 - 9pm

• August 14 (Wednesday), 6 - 9pm

• September 15 (Sunday), 10am - 1pm

• October 20 (Sunday), 10am - 1pm

• November 16 (Saturday), 10am - 1pm

Important Dates:

• January – Membership and plot fees due January 15 for existing members.

• February – New members assigned empty plots.

• April – Plots to be tended by April 30.

• May – Plots to be planted by May 31.

• June – Plot inspections. Members with untended plots will be contacted.

• August – 6 community hours to be contributed by August 31.

• September – Plot inspections. Contact members who have not contributed 6 hours.

• November – Members submit budget items for board consideration.

• December – Plot inspections. 8 community hours to be contributed by December 31. Annual General Meeting: vote in new board of directors and vote upon budget and motions.
