Work parties provide an opportunity for members to get together, work on common projects, learn from each other, and keep the garden looking good and growing well.
March 11th (Saturday), 10am - 1pm
April 23rd (Sunday), 10am - 1pm (postponed from April 16 due to rain)
May 13th (Saturday), 10am - 1pm
June 7th (Wednesday), 6 - 9pm
June 29th (Thursday), 6 - 9pm
July 27th (Thursday), 6 - 9pm (postponed from July 24 due to rain)
August 16th (Wednesday), 6 - 9pm
September 10th (Sunday), 10am - 1pm
October 15th (Sunday), 10am - 1pm
November 18th (Saturday), 10am - 1pm
January – Membership and plot fees due January 15 for existing members.
February – New members assigned empty plots.
April – Plots to be tended by April 30.
May – Plots to be planted by May 31.
June – Plot inspections. Members with untended plots will be contacted.
August – 6 community hours to be contributed by August 31.
September – Plot inspections. Contact members who have not contributed 6 hours.
November – Members submit budget items for board consideration.
December – Plot inspections. 8 community hours to be contributed by December 31. Annual General Meeting: vote in new board of directors and vote upon budget and motions.
